I understand the nuances of alternative relationship styles, You won’t need to educate me or defend your choices — I meet you with respect, understanding, and non-judgement.

My practice is rooted in the belief that therapy should be a place of safety, curiosity, and growth. Together, we’ll work towards a life that feels full, rich, and meaningful — on your terms.
